Every garment is made to order to mitigate global textile surplus. Standard production processing takes 3–5 business days before dispatch; tracking details update dynamically via email once your order leaves the production line.
Flat shipping rates
Shipping is a flat rate by destination zone, selected before checkout. The exact rate and delivery estimate for your zone are always shown inside checkout before payment.

International orders may be subject to import duties or customs fees levied by the destination country; these are the recipient's responsibility.
Cancellations and returns
You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and return the item unworn and in its original condition for a refund (you cover return postage unless it is faulty). Misprinted, damaged, defective, or not-as-described items are replaced or refunded at no cost, return postage included — contactsupport@complianceismandatory.comwithin 30 days of delivery with photos.
