All support is handled by a human atsupport@complianceismandatory.com. Expect a reply within two business days.

Tracing an order

• Your payment receipt arrives by email from Stripe immediately after checkout.
• Tracking details are emailed automatically once production completes (3–5 business days) and the parcel is dispatched.
• For anything else, email us with the receipt email address and the drop title or batch number — that is all we need to locate the order.

Defects

Misprints and damage are replaced or refunded without argument — send photos within 30 days of delivery. See Shipping & Returns.

Press, wholesale, collaboration

Same address. No wholesale. The machine only makes one batch.
