Terms of Service

These terms govern purchases from complianceismandatory.com, operated by the operator of complianceismandatory.com ("we"). Placing an order means you accept them.

The drop model

Each design is available for exactly 168 hours, then permanently retired. Retired designs are displayed in the archive ("The Morgue") and are not reissued, restocked, or sold in any form. Availability ends when the countdown ends — orders cannot be placed against an expired drop, and we cannot make exceptions after the cutoff.

Orders and payment

Payment is processed by Stripe on Stripe's hosted checkout. Applicable VAT is calculated and shown at checkout. Your contract with us forms when Stripe confirms payment; you will receive a receipt from Stripe by email.

Production and delivery

Every garment is made to order — there is no warehouse stock. Production typically takes 3–5 business days before dispatch; delivery estimates by destination are shown at checkout and on the Shipping & Returns page. Tracking details are emailed when your order ships.

Cancellations and returns

You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it and return the item unworn and in its original condition for a refund. Tell us by emailingsupport@complianceismandatory.comwithin that window; you cover return postage unless the item is faulty, and we refund within 14 days of receiving the item back (or your proof of return). Because each garment is made to order, please consult the size specifications before ordering.

Misprinted, damaged, defective, or not-as-described items are replaced or refunded at no cost, return postage included — write to us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.
